About Willis Mediation

Jessica Willis is an experienced family law professional with a career spanning over 15 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts/Laws in 2008 and obtained a Diploma of Legal Practice in 2009, gaining admission to the Supreme Court that same year.

Jessica began her career at the Family Law Courts, first as an Associate to a Judge and later as a family law solicitor at a Community Legal Centre in Newcastle, where she also worked as a duty solicitor at the Newcastle Family Court. In 2023, she retrained in Family Dispute Resolution, earning a Graduate Diploma of FDRP.

Since then, she has been working as an FDR Practitioner at a Family Relationships Centre on the Central Coast, helping families navigate conflict through mediation. Willis Mediation was established to meet the growing need for quality, accessible mediation for separated families.
